229bd Terms and Conditions — Complete Rules for Members

229bd (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 229bd and all of its registered members.

The following are definitions of key terms used throughout this document:

• "Member" or "User" — Any individual who has registered with or is using 229bd.

• Citizens of countries where online betting is legally prohibited are not permitted to use 229bd.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required after registration. For large withdrawals, a copy of your National ID or passport may be requested. This process is in place for the security of our members.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless 229bd acknowledges a technical error on its part.
• Bets placed at the moment odds change during live betting will be settled at the odds in effect at that moment.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for that bet will be refunded or counted as a draw, depending on the circumstances.
• For Sports Betting, the minimum stake per bet is ৳10. The maximum limit varies by event and market.
• Each casino game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
• If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a technical error, 229bd reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Additional terms may apply to in-play betting and the use of the cash-out feature. The outcome of a bet remains in effect until a cash-out request has been accepted.

229bd supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• Deposit: Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. Funds are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT). Different limits may apply depending on the payment method.

If any transaction appears suspicious or raises money laundering concerns, 229bd reserves the right to freeze or cancel that transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

229bd's bonuses and promotions are designed exclusively for our members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new members only, once per account. A minimum deposit requirement must be met to qualify for the bonus.
• Wagering Requirement: For most bonuses, you will need to wager 10–30x the bonus amount before withdrawing. Each promotion page contains the exact details.
• Bonus Validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback offers are calculated based on net losses, with a set percentage returned to your account.
• Multiple members of the same household or multiple accounts from the same device are not eligible to claim bonuses.

229bd is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Registering using a false identity or forged documents.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting the system through collaborative betting or arbitrage strategies.
• Attempting to access another member's account or engaging in any form of hacking.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of minors or helping them create an account.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards 229bd staff.

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, 229bd reserves the right to close your account, confiscate your balance, and take legal action where necessary.

229bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. This may occur when:

• Evidence of a Terms and Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• The member requests self-exclusion.

Members may close their account at any time by emailing support@229bd.ws. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, unless a violation is involved.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: You can set your own maximum stake limit per single bet.
